The status feature on WhatsApp allows you to share updates consisting of text, photos, videos, and GIFs that disappear after 24 hours. WhatsApp also allows you to share your location with those in your individual or group chat, and you can stop sharing whenever you want. You can share messages, photos, videos, and documents on all mobile and desktop devices with end-to-end encrypted group chats. Additionally, WhatsApp offers high-quality voice and video calls for up to 8 people for free, using your phone's Internet service.Īnother great feature of WhatsApp is its group chats, which allow you to stay in touch with friends and family. You can quickly see your contacts on WhatsApp and start messaging right away. All you need is your phone number and a username, and there's no need to log in. This ensures that your communications remain private and secure. This means that no one outside of the chat, including WhatsApp itself, can read or listen to your conversations. One of the standout features of WhatsApp is its end-to-end encryption for personal messages and calls. WhatsApp works on both mobile and desktop devices, even on slow connections, and there are no subscription fees. It's free, simple, reliable, and personalized, making it easy to communicate with friends and family. But for a program that’s been on the market for years, this omission is inexcusable, especially considering that competing platforms allow you to manage groups with ease.WhatsApp from Meta is a popular messaging and video calling app used by over 2 billion people across more than 180 countries. If this was 1.0 version of the software I’d give it 4 stars. For such a mature program to lack such a basic feature passes understanding. But this is just another work around, and it does not show you the groups that you are only a member of. This last version finally offers a partial workaround, that is that in the new communities section you can pretend to create a new community and see in the process a list of the groups to which you have admin privileges. There are hacks you can find on the internet to get around this problem, but for heavy users like me who belong to dozens of groups, this is a source of endless frustration. As a result, duplicate groups get made because people forget that a similar group had already been created in the past, and there is no easy way to quickly list and edit the groups you are member off. For years it has been difficult, if not impossible to easily list the groups that you are a member of. Whatsapp is a wonderful app that I have used on a daily basis for years. this means that I can just spam a bunch of reports on randoms peoples accounts and ya’ll will delete their account right without doing any investigation to see if what I’m reporting is true or not? This is not fair at all! I have read and repeated to read WhatsApp’s terms and conditions and I have not violated any regulations! I see how much ya’ll really care about your Users. I just do not appreciate that ya’ll did not try the bare minimum to at least investigate my case at all before deleting my account. So, one morning I decided to get on Whatsapp to video call my mother in law, and came to find out that they had kicked me out of my account and I was no longer able to get back in at all! I emailed them, was patient and no response back, after a couple more times of sending an email, they finally responded and did not have a reason or excuse to have deactivated my account! I have tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app but they will just not allow me back in to my account. I never once used my account for illegal reasons or never did I once break their terms and conditions. I used this app and loved it very much to communicate with my loved ones out of the country and to communicate with my employers and co-workers and that was literally the only reason I would use it for.
